Refunds and Exchanges
Spirit Mark has a strong Repair/Replace policy. We will apply the policy to all manufacturing and decoration errors or failures. Depending on the garment, we will repair or replace it to meet customer order specifications. Refunds can be given on items that are considered “in stock” and not customized in any fashion. Refunds will not be granted on custom apparel.

At this time, Spirit Mark ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Sample Policy
Our sample policy is in effect to provide the best possible customer service and to protect Spirit Mark property. We understand the need to see and try on apparel before ordering. In fact, we encourage this for large team orders. Customers may request three sizing pieces per style and will pay only for shipping. At the time of request, the customer will use a credit card to pay for the sample items to be shipped directly to them. From this point, it is the responsibility of the customer to keep track and take care of the sample garments. We must receive the items back in excellent condition and ready to decorate. Orders will not go into production until the samples are returned and received by Spirit Mark. In the event that the customer chooses not to order through Spirit Mark, changes the style or color of garment, loses pieces, or damages the samples, the retail cost of the garment will by applied to the credit card on file.
Art Approval
Spirit Mark uses an art approval process that eliminates confusion and errors in the ordering process. Each design will be sent to the customer in an email form that requires an electronic submission. The responsible party will enter their name and email address, which will act as their electronic signature. There will be up to two adjustments made at no cost to the customer. Once the design is approved, the customer assumes responsibility for the art. No changes can be made once the design is approved.
